Started in 1995 by it’s founder, PAUL D. BARROCA, PE, who had the desire to open his own company and continue the family tradition that began with his great-grandfather.

 PR Consulting Engineering, PC is a sole owned by PAUL D. BARROCA, PE. The owner is active in the day to day operations of the company along with its employees. The corporation performs a wide variety of engineering services and has experience in multiple areas of engineering, site development, architectural plans, public improvements and residential and commercial developments.

 The love for engineering and design has passed from father to son for several generations of the BARROCA family.

 The company works for the public and private sectors for a large and diverse group and is able to meet a wide variety of needs for their clients.
